Jane is currently on the faculty of the San Domenico School Conservatory, and has taught at the San Francisco Conservatory and Cazadero Music Festival. Many years as a performer in diverse groups and styles has contributed to her eclectic and multi-cultural approach to teaching, which is grounded in a strong conservatory-trained background. She is currently receiving her certification as a Suzuki teacher, and incorporates many of the Suzuki concepts into her teaching. Her outstanding students, winners of the Marin Music Chest award, and soloists with local high school bands, including Redwood High School Band, Marin Academy Jazz band, and the San Domenico Virtuoso Orchestra, are a testament to her approach.
